Die Baubranche trägt wesentlich zu unserem heutigen Ressourcen- und Energieverbrauch bei. Um die Klimaziele 2050 erreichen zu können, ist es zentral, dass alle Beteiligten gemeinsam darauf hinarbeiten.
Im Circular Building Lab werden Trends aufgegriffen, vertieft und daraus innovative Kreislauflösungen für den Bausektor kreiert und vorangetrieben. Stakeholder aus Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft und Gesellschaft gehen miteinander die damit verbunden Herausforderungen entlang der Wertschöpfungskette an.
Mitwirkende sind eingeladen, Ideen, Konzepte, Produkte und Geschäftsmodelle zu entwickeln, zu testen und von Forschenden sowie Experten anreichern zu lassen.
Das Circular Building Lab ist Teil eines umfassenden Ökosystems bestehend aus dem Innovation Booster Circular Building Industry, der Charta für Kreislauffähiges Bauen und der Finanzierungsgesellschaft buildify.earth für Start-ups. Gemeinsam treiben wir die Branchentransformation voran.

How the innovation cycle works
1. Open Call
An open call for project applications is published on the
co-creation platform Jointcreate.
3. Pitch & Enrich
Physical Workshop
Innovation teams must participate this workshop. They develop their ideas with
support from topic experts and co-create with others in a one-day workshop.
4. Pitch & Fund Day
Virtual Session
The jury reviews the project ideas and decides which projects receive
funding and development support.
5. Co-Creation Workshop
Physical Workshop
Winning teams participate in a co-creation workshop where projects are
further developed and market access is established.
6. Recap
Innovation teams present their progress in the Unconference and share experiences.
